If the booking is cancelled by the guest a minimum of 30 days before check-in (12 noon, local time) the amount refunded will be 100% of the booking amount minus eGetinnz Service Fees.
If the booking is cancelled by the guest a minimum of 14 days before check-in (12 noon, local time) the amount refunded will be 50% of the booking amount minus eGetinnz Service Fees.
If the booking is cancelled within 14 days of the check-in date there will be no refund issued.

-We’ve been here twice. Celebrated year end party twice for a 1 night stay all expense paid by our company. The place was very beautiful. Foods- good. The rooms were clean, tidy and spacious! The beach is okay. The resort pool is clean.

The place is clean, beach is just normal OK, there's a small swimming pool. Diwnside for me is: parking is 10 hours under the sun... no shade Staff are very friendly. Our rooms are old but well maintained. Food are good, loved the grilled tuna esp. After the day's activities, we requested for a videoke setup in the evening and they did not fail us. Everyone became a singer that evening!!! So i give this 'Very Good' rating to the service and staff, as for the place it is 'Good'.

Nice location to stay, good distance away from any other shops/bars etc (which is quite nice after being on Manila previously).Room spacious and as described on website, the staff are very attentive and unlike Manila not constantly asking for tips (which is another nice change!).

This place is perfect for family and friends where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery and natural environment. Swim, snorkling from the beach and experience the forest activities. And the next door discover a world of wonder of Ocean Adventure.

friendly, nice hotel in a good location
This is the perfect place if you want to unwind. Their rooms are very spacious and comfortable they also have good food. But the best thing about the beach. They have the cleanest beach that even in the shallow part you can already see different species of fish. The place for snorkeling!

I been here many times and still have happy and satisfied with their service. From their front office, hotel rooms, the reef restaurant, their scuba class and lot more. This place has the most wonderful and clean beach a long subic.

Stay Here its worth it
The selection was quite limited. Just order from the restaurant. Prices are reasonably priced. For the price of the room, it's really expensive for those kind of ammenities. I suggest that you just go on a day trip

The staff were accommodating and friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious. Air conditioning is also good, despite too much heat outside. We had the beach view from our room and their dining place, the resto, has scenic view of the beach as well.

Shower is not working properly! Then we were transfered to other room. Shower is ok but the water pressure’s not. Room is clean no doubt. Resort facilities are with fees. Life jacket and snorkle with rental fee Billiard table for rental.

Our stay was short but sweet, because of their excellent service. We have two kids and they were generous to give them each a towel (unlike in most hotels we stayed in the past). And they had complimentary breakfasts too! Room was clean and view was great! :)
