If the booking is cancelled by the guest a minimum of 30 days before check-in (12 noon, local time) the amount refunded will be 100% of the booking amount minus eGetinnz Service Fees.
If the booking is cancelled by the guest a minimum of 14 days before check-in (12 noon, local time) the amount refunded will be 50% of the booking amount minus eGetinnz Service Fees.
If the booking is cancelled within 14 days of the check-in date there will be no refund issued.

IMPORTANT: *Cleaning Time: 12 pm to 2 pm *Minimum check-in age is 18. *The safety features of the hostel in the Makati area are among the best in the business with 24hr reception, closed-circuit TV surveillance, and keycard access to rooms and guest lift. *Each floor of the Lub d Makati hostel is equipped with smoke detectors, fire alarms, and fire extinguishers to prevent and respond to emergencies. *Pets are not allowed. *Fee for breakfast: PHP 250.00 per person (approximately) *There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. *Book your private transfer with us at PHP 900 for a sedan and PHP 1600 for a 10 seater van each way. Travel time takes about 40 minutes to an hour depending on traffic. *Free self-parking (Limited Space) – First come first serve basis
