If the booking is cancelled by the guest a minimum of 14 days before check-in (12 noon, local time) the amount refunded will be 50% of the booking amount minus eGetinnz Service Fees.
If the booking is cancelled within 14 days of the check-in date there will be no refund issued.

very accommodating. room was great.The pool water is not cold, just perfectly warm. And the room of course is decent and very clean. Excellent stay in this hotel and we will definitely book here again.
