If the booking is cancelled by the guest a minimum of 3 days before check-in (12 noon, local time) the amount refunded will be 100% of the booking amount minus eGetinnz Service Fees.
If the booking is cancelled within 3 days of the check-in date there will be no refund issued.

In excess of 2 adults, an additional cost of Php 800.00 per head will be charged. * Inclusive of Set Breakfast at The Plaza Brew located at the ground floor of the property. Policies 1) Check in & check out time: Standard check in time is at 2:00PM and standard check out time is at 12:00NN. Early check in or late check out time will be charged accordingly and subject to availability. The hotel will make every effort to personalize our guests' stays if provided ETA information at time of reservation. 2) Occupancy: All guests should check in at the Front Office – A rooming List is suggested to be provided beforehand for a faster check-in process. Number of occupants inside the room must be strictly followed; otherwise an additional fee of Php 800.00 net per person with breakfast will be charged. Children Eight (8) years and below may stay for free. 3) Smoking Policy: The Plaza Hotel is a 100% non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the hotel, including 6th floor balcony. Should it be determined that smoking has taken place in a guestroom, the hotel will charge a penalty equivalent to One (1) Room Night, placed on the guest folio before or after check-out. 4) Pet Policy: No pets allowed.

Great place to stay
The room was nice and cozy. It's very relaxing to the eyes. The color compliments the room. The pillows are soft. and the bed too. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Restaurant was pleasant. Our room was clean, the satellite cable connection for the TV is great also the internet connection is excellent. Staff were very accommodating!
