If the booking is cancelled by the guest a minimum of 3 days before check-in (12 noon, local time) the amount refunded will be 100% of the booking amount minus eGetinnz Service Fees.
If the booking is cancelled within 3 days of the check-in date there will be no refund issued.

Policies 1) Check in & check out time: Standard check in time is at 2:00PM and standard check out time is at 12:00NN. Early check in or late check out time will be charged accordingly and subject to availability. The hotel will make every effort to personalize our guests' stays if provided ETA information at time of reservation. 2) Occupancy: All guests should check in at the Front Office – A rooming List is suggested to be provided beforehand for a faster check-in process. Number of occupants inside the room must be strictly followed; otherwise an additional fee of Php 800.00 net per person with breakfast will be charged. Children Eight (8) years and below may stay for free. 3) Smoking Policy: The Plaza Hotel is a 100% non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the hotel, including 6th floor balcony. Should it be determined that smoking has taken place in a guestroom, the hotel will charge a penalty equivalent to One (1) Room Night, placed on the guest folio before or after check-out. 4) Pet Policy: No pets allowed.

This hotel's location is the great. it's in the very heart of Balanga City, very accessible to convenient stores food stalls and the market. I love how peaceful the surroundings are and How the staff is very friendly as well.
