It was right on the beach and perfect for the tours and sunset. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cheap beer.

Amazing stay at Ausan
The location is just perfect in the city. the tree house is probably the best option. The food was vest good as well. WiFi goes up and down but it's part of the experience :). I will recommended for sure.

The location is ideal
Right on the beach! The staff were very friendly and organised our island hopping boat tour and van back to Puerto Prinsesa. Good range of options for breakfast and always with fresh fruit.

This looked out onto the beach and had one of the best views to watch the sun set in the evening. Good, decently priced food and beers. The only slight annoyance was our room lights that were too dim and you could hardly see anything and the fan also made a little noise which may cause some light sleepers a problem, but my partner and I were ok with it.

Great stay
Our stay was only for a night but it was great. The staff is extremely helpful and all have a wonderful attitude. They were informative, respectful and attentive. The food was excellent and very well priced. The room was clean.

One of the best stays yet in my life
The hotel is nice and unique with an amazing staff. The cottages are comfortable, clean and orderly. The staff is very friendly, helpful and go above and beyond their duties to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Food is great, but the hotel is also surrounded by other restaurants. Many of which are must-trys. Overall, my experience here was far beyond excellent and I am hoping to visit again in the not too distant future!

Loved it
Would recommend this hotel as the best for the area. Be aware there are stray dogs (true for the whole island) that run around and make noise at night. We wish we had more time to spend at Ausan!

Lovely stay
Absolutely wonderful. Ariel, the manager, was very friendly and went out of his way to make our stay so wonderful. The cottages are clean and comfortable.

This Hotel is great!!
Staff was very kind and this hotel has a perfect location, the breakfast is tasty (the rest of food is OK). Drinks are not so expensive also. You can hear waves from your bedrooms (it’s a plus for me).
