If the booking is cancelled by the guest a minimum of 60 days before check-in (12 noon, local time) the amount refunded will be 50% of the booking amount minus eGetinnz Service Fees.
If the booking is cancelled within 60 days of the check-in date there will be no refund issued.

Children eight (8) years old and above are considered as adults and shall be charged an extra person rate (extra bed will be provided). A maximum of two (2) children (aged 7 and below) are allowed per room. ∙ Extra Person includes extra mattress & breakfast ∙ Incidental deposit of Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 2,500.00) per room upon check in and is refundable upon guest check out less charges against the room account, if any. ∙A mandatory New Year’s Eve Dinner worth Php3, 250.00 per head for adults and Php2, 250.00 for children (4-11 years old) will be charged for confirmed bookings on December 31, 2019. A mandatory Chinese New Year Dinner worth Php2,250.00 per head for adults and Php1, 300.00 for children (4-11 years old) for confirmed bookings on January 25, 2020. Children from 0-3 years old are free of charge.
