Cancellation Policy: Medium
Medium If the booking is cancelled by the guest a minimum of 14 days before check-in (12 noon, local time) the amount refunded will be 100% of the booking amount minus eGetinnz Service Fees.
If the booking is cancelled by the guest a minimum of 7 days before check-in (12 noon, local time) the amount refunded will be 50% of the booking amount minus eGetinnz Service Fees.
If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the check-in date there will be no refund issued.
House Rules
Your 2 night deposit confirms the entire period booked & will be applied to the last two confirmed nights of the reservation. Your deposit includes a current 9% Maine State lodging tax. Deposits are refunded, less a $25 processing fee per accommodation when the cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date for all lodging, excluding cottages where a 30-day cancellation is required. In the event of an early departure, the deposit is non-refundable, unless the resort is notified as described in the cancellation policy above.
