Weekend Getaway!
What an amazing place to stay! The B&B was quaint and elegant. The rooms were beautiful and extremely clean. Melanie was very friendly and helpful! The breakfast prepared by the Chef was delicious and very much enjoyed by all!

Warm and cozy to warm a cold winter night
We went to the Christmas parade in a nearby town and wanted someplace to spend the night since it was a long ride home. We were with another couple and really enjoyed sitting by the fireplace with a warm beverage in the evening. The rooms were very comfortable. The service and the food were outstanding. Melanie is a wonderful hostess.

Amazing stay!
This place is awesome!!! Upon arrival our innkeeper for the evening was super friendly and gave us detailed information. The room was Imaculate. The next morning we had a text to inquire about our preference for breakfast. Words can't describe how great the presentation and food was!!! The chef is awesome!!! The owners - Melanie and Derek are amazing. They are local and a blast to converse with!!! We will certainly stay here again soon!!! Do not miss this great Bed and Breakfast!!!!!!!!!! From check-in to check-out this place was fantastic. Breakfast was great as the menu changed each morning. We even had a bbq brisket 1 morning...it was so tasty. The other couple that was there -- she was a vegetarian and the chef made all her dishes to fit her needs. When you come you must tour the Baker (Buffaloe Creek Vinyard) Winery. I'm not a wine drinker but loved every wine they had.... There was always something out to snack on... cheese and crackers or cookies...Melanie even has her own house blend coffee. We will be back...

Excellent B&B Experience
Recently stayed at this lovely B&B during a visit to see family. I've been visiting Shelby all my life. It's so nice to have such a lovely accommodation within walking distance to Shelby's vibrant downtown district. Morgan and Wells is a beautiful home with very special guest rooms. Lovingly restored and beautifully decorated. The mattresses are amazing! You won't want to get out of bed for the wonderful breakfast! One of the best things about this Inn is the owners, Melanie and Derek. They are so gracious and friendly. They make you feel like family! I would recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a unique getaway to Shelby. Looking forward to my next visit to Morgan and Wells!

Great Bed & Breakfast
Melanie and everyone we met were friendly and helpful! The location is great to check out what Shelby has to offer, as well as wandering out to visit the local winery's. The rooms are nicely decorated, the beds/pillows are comfortable and the common areas are well maintained. The front porch was comfy to sit with a cup of coffee. Well managed and maintained. Highly recommended.
